Perfectly ripe grapes, much like those of its sibling — Skin — were macerated on the skins for a longer period, but this time at higher temperatures. This gives the wine a darker colour and a more expressive taste. It then matured for 3 years in oak barrels. Blended with the 2023 vintage to give it a gentler flavour.
