Following our experience with a helper's mistake in 2022, we made sure that this time the mash was just left to rest and wasn't stirred. Due to the distinct pink to purple color of the skins, the wine has a dark orange hue; thanks to the maceration without stirring, the wine is smoother than the 2022 vintage, even without any significant residual sugar.
