Although my colour may make me look like a poolside rosé, I am not one. The grapes were harvested on the very last day of the harvest, making them the ripest of the entire vintage. Everything that was left in the vineyard was picked and pressed. The aromas and flavours are therefore unconventional, the alcohol is higher, but it is ideal with meat.
